When conceptualizing the skeleton, attention should be paid to the following details to reduce some common defects in production.

Including consumer specifications for finished transformers, such as overall dimensions; The production process of transformers and the production conditions of each process, such as welding temperature, welding time, baking temperature, winding method, etc; The model and size of the magnetic core match the frame. 2. When conceptualizing the skeleton structure, the model should be conceptualized in 3D as much as possible based on the drawings or samples provided by consumers and their own conceptual experience, in order to avoid defects in 2D drawings and modifications, and then gradually modify until the final decision is made. If the consumer's idea is unreasonable, they should proactively reconfirm the skeleton structure with their technical personnel.
The skeleton supplier tells you to pay attention to the following aspects when conceptualizing the skeleton:
1. The skeleton supplier tells you that the raw materials must comply with the consumer's manufacturing process and specifications, and the skeleton must be conceptualized based on the material characteristics. Usually, refer to the yellow card to confirm the wall thickness of the skeleton; At the same time, refer to the cold and hot displayed on the yellow label and compare it with the baking and welding cold and hot in the consumer's manufacturing process to see if it meets the consumer's process conditions. 3. Environmental specifications such as RoHS, halogen-free and phosphorus free, and SVHC are becoming increasingly urgent. When selecting materials, these specifications must be met.
4. It should comply with the specification of the transformer model, and the overall size should be smaller than the size of the finished transformer.
5. The iron core hole should match the size of the core column inside the magnetic core, generally greater than the upper limit tolerance of the magnetic core; Blades with fixed magnetic cores are usually smaller than the lower tolerance of the inner diameter of the magnetic core. The purpose of this concept is to facilitate subsequent wear and mold repair. The chip type frame should meet the appropriate tightness requirements for consumer automatic winding operations (loose fit can cause the frame to fall off during the winding process, and tight fit can make it difficult for the operator to insert or pull it out). The matching tolerance between the iron core hole and the winding fixture should be controlled at around 0.05.
