The iron core hole should match the size of the core column inside the magnetic core, generally greater than the upper limit tolerance of the magnetic core; Blades with fixed magnetic cores are usually smaller than the lower tolerance of the inner diameter of the magnetic core. The purpose of this concept is to facilitate subsequent wear and mold repair. The chip type frame should meet the appropriate tightness requirements for consumer automatic winding operations (loose fit can cause the frame to fall off during the winding process, and tight fit can make it difficult for the operator to insert or pull it out). The matching tolerance between the iron core hole and the winding fixture should be controlled at around 0.05.
