Baking temperature of raw material of transformer frame
In the design of transformer framework, attention should be paid to several aspects: it should meet the requirements of transformer model, and the external dimension should be smaller than the finished size of transformer. Metal pin, can smoothly pass or paste the PCB board of the client, generally use iron (steel) pin more. In view of customers' special requirements for better conductivity of pins, copper and other materials with better conductivity should be considered. The raw materials shall meet the customer's manufacturing process and requirements, and the skeleton design shall be carried out according to the material characteristics. Generally, confirm the wall thickness of the framework with reference to the yellow card;
At the same time, refer to the temperature displayed on the yellow card, and compare with the baking and soldering temperature of the customer's process to see if the customer's process conditions are met. For example, the RTI elec temperature of Ge raw materials is 105 ℃, and the baking temperature of customers is 130 ℃. Obviously, this raw material does not meet the customer's process conditions. At present, the environmental protection requirements are more and more urgent, and the selection of materials needs to meet these requirements at the same time.
The transformer skeleton is the main structure of the transformer. Transformer is widely used in today's society, and the corresponding main body is also indispensable, so the skeleton has irreplaceable role at present. The main functions of skeleton in transformer are as follows: fixing the core of transformer. Provide winding space for copper wire in the transformer, and the retaining wall at the bottom of the skeleton can make the transformer and PCB have a fixed effect; provide a certain distance space for the tin pile and PCB board generated during soldering, and for the magnetic core and PCB board; isolate the magnetic core and tin pile to avoid poor withstand voltage
