Quality inspection of transformer frame

In addition to the quality verification of new products in the development and design, the first piece inspection and patrol inspection of products in the production stage, the final full inspection is also an important part of strengthening the quality. Bakelite skeleton belongs to fragile products, which can produce damage abnormalities in every link of production, such as the collision during burr processing, the collision during pin insertion, the collision during product transfer, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a full inspection, so as to screen out the defective products, ensure that the products sent to customers are good products, and improve the quality image of the company. In the final inspection, it is better to arrange experienced old staff to operate. For each product, make a separate complete inspection instruction and hang it on the phenomenon of full inspection. The full inspector shall select according to the instruction. Try to select at a slower speed to ensure that every part of every product can be confirmed once.
